Conrad Bem

Driven by detail and highly motivated to improve home sellers and buyers’ experiences. I’ve heard of so many horrors stories, most entirely avoidable through simple communication. Estate Agency has been part of my life now for over 15 years, working with traditional high street firms as well as heading up and establishing the largest online estate agency in the UK across Norfolk & Suffolk. Beyond Estate Agency, I have been privileged enough to work alongside NATO and our own Sandringham based Royal Family. Along with Sefftons my passions include my rather lovely family and of course my love of classic cars. Drop in for a chat to talk anything houses or of course cars!

What can I say, I love what I do. Initially focusing on the mortgage side of property and based in a High Street Estate Agency office, I quickly realised that the sale of a home involved so much more than just paperwork and I could put my skills to far better use as an Estate Agent. With an eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture allows me to guide buyers through the process of selling and buying. This can be a hugely emotional time for people, so I always ensure that I’m there when needed. Now with over 10 years experience, both on the High Street and with Online Estate Agency, I’m able to answer most questions. I’ve also put my property knowledge to use in my personal life, buying and renovating property throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. I’m always by my phone, so call or drop in the office. I always love to talk everything property.

Siobhan Smith

I began my career in sales in which I thrived in offering customers valuable advice on everything financial. I then developed into the housing sector in 2016, specialising in sheltered accommodation and lettings for several well-known housing associations.
Upon returning to work after having my little boy, I decided to join Sefftons – a transition into estate agency fuelled by my unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for houses and properties.
Clients have commented on my friendly demeanour and exceptional professionalism, which shine through all aspects of my role.

One of the things I enjoy most working at Sefftons is the opportunity to meet new people every day and really understand what they’re looking for in a home. Helping clients find the right property is incredibly rewarding, and I am committed to making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends, swimming and watching crime documentaries.

Joining Sefftons in March 2023 was the beginning of an exciting new career in Estate Agency for me, as well as having the opportunity to work with my family in this thriving local agency. Sefftons is growing, and with a Customer Experience background it’s a perfect time to utilise my organisational skills to provide an even greater customer experience. It’s an absolute privilege to be part of the journey for both our home sellers and buyers, as well as our landlords and tenants. Born in Norwich, I absolutely love all that Norwich and Norfolk has to offer and with a real energy for small businesses, especially small and emerging restaurants, I look forward to sharing my new experiences and enthusiasm with Sefftons growing past and present customers.
